[[Session 20]] ended with the party returning to [[Easthaven]] after defeating some Gnolls and receiving a letter from [[Devusa Shane]] regarding [[Stop the Children of Auriel]] In [[Easthaven]] ##### A Request We get a letter from [[Devusa Shane]] asking us to [[Stop the Children of Auriel]]. ##### Getting Ready [[Freida]] starts some rumours that the cult is still corrupt but doesnt roll that well. ##### The Draw Many people are there. We try and distract them with ravens and a fanfare arrow. It's rinaldo's name. We pass on a message for him to hide and run then leave. ##### The Death [[Rinaldo]] is frozen to death, only [[Tarin]] tries to help him. ##### Following We follow [[Axel]] and a companion to [[Bryn Shander]]. [[Freida]] sneaks ahead to watch them. There is a bit of a commotion in the town, the stake here is empty. [[Freida]] follows them to an old temple here in the middle of the town, she doesnt recognise the symbols. ##### In [[Bryn Shander]] We ask someone, [[Fiona the Bard]] talked down the sacrifice but they took her with them. On our way we are met by [[markham southwell]], the militia captain who wants a word. The temple is the house of the triad of gods has been empty. [[The Temple of the Triad]] He allocates 4 militia guards to assist. ##### In The Temple We enter and are met by Marius who says he is an acolyte of one of the temple gods, we discover his lies and a staircase heading downstairs. We arrest him and head down with two guards. [[Freida]] scouts ahead while the rest wait. We surprise [[Axel]] and a few others and battle commences. End of session. [[Freida]] on journal duty.
